Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ & REPLY TO EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT. by replying you agree to all the terms below. UPDATED POLICY: AS PER ALBERTA HEALTH WE HAVE NEW REQUIREMENTS. First, thank you so much for your patience during this crazy time. I appreciate every single one of you! You will also be required to fill out the consultation and liability release form, click the link at the end please. You will only be required to do the consultation form once before your first visit, after that the COVID-19 form is to be filled out before EVERY appointment. • If you have been traveling, been ill or come in contact with someone who is ill. Please let me know and we will reschedule you for when you are well. • ABSOLUTELY NO persons can attend your appointment with you. • Upon arrival you must wash your hands, and put on a mask (which is provided) • No Large personal items (big purses, bags, knapsack, laptops etc.) food or drinks allowed as it then omits wearing a mask which is mandatory. • If you are early, please wait in your car. You can text upon arrival and I will let you know when you can come in. (780)966.3042. •During your appointment, I will assist you with color choices etc. If you must have your phone out, It must be wiped down with supplied disinfectant cloth. • A MINIMUM of 48 HOURS to cancel appointments. Last minute cancellations will be required to pay 100% of services booked for that day before any rebooking. No shows are 100% service charge. Exceptions may be made but that is entirely up to my discretion. • With AT LEAST 48 hours notice, your $25 deposit will be applied to your next appointment which must be booked within 60 days of the original appointment. If appointments are continually rescheduled, deposit is forfeited. • NO SHOW = NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS • 15 MIN LATE = DEPOSIT FORFEITED/ SERVICE CHARGE. • ALL NEW CLIENTS are required to pay a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure an appointment. You DO NOT have a confirmed appointment until I have received your $25 deposit via e-transfer. Which will then be applied to your service. ~WE ARE TAKING EXTRA DISINFECTING PROTOCOLS AFTER EVERY CLIENT TO ENSURE EVERYONE'S SAFETY~ To some, taking a deposit may seem unusual, but I assure you, many techs do this. Some even require 50% of the service cost as a deposit. Doing nails & lashes is my passion and my BUSINESS, and my time is valuable as is yours.
